Several people have asked me to respond to the list regarding the
availability of gf arrowroot.  In checking with the companies suggested, I
found two that say their arrowroot is gf.  King Arthur Flour Bakers at
1-800-827-6836 told me that all their gf flours, etc are made in a
different place than their gluten containing flours and therefore
contamination should not be a concern. Kinnikinnick Foods also has gf
arrowroot.  Someone said that Energy (sp?) Foods has arrowroot but I didn't
see it listed in their flyer--I didn't check with them though to see if
they do have it.
