We will be traveling to Knoxville Tennessee and the Great Smoky Mts. next
week.  This will be the first vacation we will be taking since going GF and
I am a bit concerned.  Does anyone know of any health food stores or
restraunts in the area that can accommodate both a vegetarian and GF diet?
We also will be visiting Dollywood and the Cherokee Indian Reservation as
well as Asheville NC.  Any help you can give us would be GREATLY
