NO, no, no. Dr. Cade is not diagnosing autism on the basis of blood and
urine tests! He is finding peptides in the urine that are indicative of
intolerance to either gluten or casein. Follow up blood tests confirm, in
many cases, which is the troublesome protein (often both are.)Most of the
people sending samples are the parents of autistic children who wonder if
a gf and or cf diet might be likely to help their children.

To my knowledge autism can only be diagnosed on the basis of subjective
behavioral observation and information.
