After the recent experience reported here of Quaker not cleaning their rice
cake production line in switching from ingredient non GF to  ingredient GF
rice cakes, I buy no Quaker products. For those who dare, the instant grits
are likely safer than  the 10 minute "enriched" Grits (likely the "old
fashioned").  There were always some black specks in the latter.

Those I verified here about 2 months ago. Ralston has had no complaints
from celiacs about apparent reactions to Sun Flakes.
