I asked my Indian friend Aruna what she had in her files for Pad Thai, etc.
She sent me a file that is 12K in length. Since this isn't really related to
gluten intolerance, and is longer than the list owners want posted, it has
been put up at the listserv as a temporary file. To retrieve send GET CELIAC
TMPFILE4 to [log in to unmask] (not to the CELIAC address).
