I would like to respond to Liz Ward and Virginia Mingolla
and thank both for your useful suggestions for travelling
in Ireland.

I travelled in Ireland for two weeks in August and I had no problems.

For me, that live in Italy and where 80% of foods in restaurants
are pasta, pizza and bread, Ireland is appared as coeliac paradise
(Taked of Guinness and irish whiskey).

Very useful for me was the suggestion of Liz to produce
for waiters or chefes, a write list of permited and not permited
foods for a coeliac.

Thank also to Cristina Oldenburg for his answer.

Ireland and Irish people are wonderful and I am going to come back
in this land.

Giampaolo
