I, too have been concerned about eating rice two or even three times a day,
but after ten years with no allergic reaction, I guess it must be OK FOR ME
- maybe not for you.
All this recent talk about food has neglected to mention the food area that
keeps me from THE HUNGRIES and is most nutritious - nuts. Walnuts, pecans,
home roasted almonds, even pistachios. Not peanuts - they're really a
legume. Just be a little careful not to buy the ones that have been
roasted with a coating by some well intentioned food company.
I find that a handful of nuts and a dried apricot or some currants and I
fell wonderful. Raisins, dried figs - there is a long list.
It works for me - hope it will be helpful to some of you.
