Hi,
Beth Hillson from the Gluten Free Pantry in Glastonbury, Ct. has a great
bread mix.  She has also tried all her mixes in every brand of machine sold.
 Beth and her son are Celiac.  Beth makes a Brownie mix that is great as
well.  I think you will be very happy with her mixes and I have tried many
