I just bought a zo last friday and made two loafs of bread.  It turn out find
except it didn't rise above
the pan like it shows in the picture, I think the liquid was too hot.  I
haven't tryed the quick bread cycle yet,
I was thinking about trying it out tonight.  When I made my first loaf it
look like it wasn't mixing either, so I used a rubber spatula and pushed it
back in.  The second loaf looked the same way, but I left it alone and it
mixed in.  Have you tryed calling the manufacture? Let me know what happens.
