<Hi, I've just discovered....Rice Dream, a>
<non-dairy soft drink made from brown rice. They claim it to be>
<sugar, cholesterol, lactose, gluten, colorant and preservative free.>

I have been using Rice Dream for several years and have found it to be a great
substitute for milk. I usually use it with my cereal or added into my
gluten-free pancake mix. And for someone who is very sensitive to sweets, I am
handling it much better than any soymilk products. Try it! Nothing to lose!
Also, they produce a frozen version of Rice Dream (with different flavors)
which tastes very much like ice cream.
