I did some baking last weekend. I got Bette Hagman's new cookbook
and tried the Bagel recipe which came out great. I had also ordered
some mixes from Authentic Foods. I made some pancakes and put them
in the freezer along with the bagels and have had some great
breakfasts this week. I also made a loaf of bread from a mix that I
had gotten from Authentic Foods. It is a new mix and Stephen asked
me to try it out. He has perfected gluten free bread. I have been
gluten free for 10 years and this is the closest I have tasted to
wheat bread. I am not affilitated with the company - just a
satisfied customer.
Last week I posted a question about DH & Iodine. I got a lot of
people asking me to send them any replies that I got but only one
person replied saying they avoid shellfish. Since there are a few of
us wondering about it, I would like to ask again what people with DH
do about idone. Can you see a difference if you eat something with
idone in it?
