Hi again,
Some friends just brought me a wonderful-looking box of Cointreau Truffles
from Canada.  It says they're Fine Milk Chocolates with Truffle Centres Laced
with Cointreau by Elizabeth Shaw, made in England.  I assume that Cointreau
is a liqueur but I don't know where to check on its gluten status.  Can
anyone help?.....and I sure hope the answer doesn't result in a nice gift of
chocolates to my HUSBAND!
