Our local Burger King changed their fries some time last year to
"new and improved."  They seem to be coated in something to make them
crispier on the outside.  I suspected it was wheat.  Along on the same
lines, Hardees seems to have the same kind of fries as does Kentucky
Fried Chicken (all based on my observation and taste test).
