Hi Roz,  My husband was diagnosed 11 years ago with celiac and we us the
Ener-G lasagna noodles. If you layer the lasagna as I do with loads of
meats & cheeses, it's awesome.  You may want to try the pasta recipes in
Bette Hagman's cookbooks.  They're wonderful & a whole lot cheaper too!
