Hello
My name is Rhiannon,
I have been lurking for a while and would like to say hello. I live in
Australia and am 40 years old. My father got celiac's disease when he was
in his fifties. I did not know much about it for he still lived in
England so I did not see him suffer what I am going through. He has
passed on now.
Is it
hereditary? I have not been diagnosed yet but had a colonoscopy last
Thursday. My specialist is 80% sure. I find out within a few days.
Does anybody have breadmaking machines and if so, how do you find them
working.
I am jewish, and although I like unleavened bread(matzohs) I could not
bear to eat that for the rest of my life.
The man next door has it too but we dont speak so I cant converse about
it with him. The lady in the apartment next to him has Crohn's Disease.
Fortunately there is a bakery chain in our local mall which will bake
bread to specifications but it costs about $1.50 extra.
Be good to yourselves
Rhiannon
*;)
