I have been taking a number of mineral supplements - zinc, manganese,
copper, etc. - for the past year. They are marked "HVP Chelated".
DUUHHH! After all this time, it suddenly dawned on me that HVP = hydrolyzed
vegetable protein!
Is the vegetable protein used to chelate minerals WHEAT?? Am I poisoning
myself???
I believe I need these minerals, so, if HVP chelated is a big NO, are there
other choices?
