I've been doing a lot of reading in what can and can't be eaten when on a
totally GF diet. I've noticed things like "natural flavors" in certain food
items that may very well contain wheat or gluten products. But, I was
wondering if the "natural flavor" that is listed in the ingredients of Sunny
Delight is a no-no on a GF diet?

I'm completely overwhelmed with the drastic reduction of foods that I'll be
able to eat once I start my GF diet. There are so many hidden things - items
in ingredient listings that I wouldn't have thought twice about before are
suddenly suspect. I feel like my entire diet is being thrown out the window.
I suppose I'll get used to it, but this seems so much more drastic than when
I went totally lactose free in 1991 (due to lactose intolerance - not by
choice, that's for sure!).

Thanks in advance!
