After having many "discussions" on the list in the past about food labeling,
I personally have decided that it would be impracticle to expect all companies
to comply with listing foods gluten-free at this time. What I would like-
and think I'm not alone in this, is to be able to know ALL contents of the
product SPECIFICALLY, and be able to make an informed decision on whether
or not this product will satisfy my needs. Any comments? Lynn
