McDonald's introduced a new hamburger last week for "grownups."  It
comes on a bakery roll that they call a "potato bun."  Alas, it is
NOT gluten-free; wheat is the first ingredient and potato flour is
third on the list.  This info is from their nutrition group in Illinois.
