My mum was diagnosed with celiac disease when she was 1 back in 1924 and was
given a tablespoon of malt at every meal. She is wondering how this helped
her survive celiac disease if it is made of barley. She was allowed no
fruits or sugar and used soy flour.
Has anyone experienced anything like this?

All the best and thankyou for all the help,
