Regarding the water intake issue:

I am a 38 year old female with CD, I to drink alot of water, not
because I have to for any particular reason, but because I've always
read that drinking 8-10 glasses of water is good for your skin, and
to keep your insides working. However, even when I wasn't so adamant
about drinking alot of water, any little bit of liquid went right
through me, so drinking alot of water keeps me running to the
washroom alot. People can't believe how much I run to the washroom,
and I can't believe how little other people who drink alot of liquids
go. I was always told, "Oh I just have a small bladder". But I have
read, regarding Celiac disease that this is common because even the
water isn't getting absorped.
