Has anyone done a study of cholesterol figures in celiacs before and after
the gluten-free diet?
 
If any of you has figures you can put your hand on that would give this
information on yourself, I would be very grateful if you'd think about
emailing me with the on-gluten and off-gluten figures.  I'd be interested in
total cholesterol, HDL, and LDL, but any part of it would be very appreciated.
