Dear friends,
Because of the limits of the GF diet, I find that I use many different
coookbooks for a varied diet. This gets to be a bit expensive. I
checked out the cookbook section of a used bookstore and found a gold mine!
Not only did I find several copies of the GF gourmet (I and II) by
Bette Hagmann, but I also found several cookbooks for rice, cookbooks
for foods from different countries, etc--and they were CHEAP!
Just a suggestion...

Also--I splurged and bought _Against the Grain_, reviewed here a
few days ago. It is wonderful!
