Thanks to all who replied to this list, and by direct e-mail
(and even by phone !) to my enquiry about speed of symptomatic
relief with CD.  I will reply to each of you, but I've been
somewhat overwhelmed by the volume of responses, and have
limited time to reply in.  If there is seems to be a trend in
the replies concerning timing of symptom relief, and I think it
might be useful to list subscribers, I will summarise and repost
(with no names, of course).
        Thanks again to all who replied to my enquiry.  I
appreciate your assistance greatly.
