I'm sitting here reading my NOMSG newsletter that arrived today. Since their
members are very sensitive to MSG they are a good source for learning about
hidden HVP. I found this:
Recently, I became sick from some orange juice that I had squeezed,
only to learn that the grower had waxed the oranges with a coating
that contained hydrolyzed protein.
Has anybody noticed this? Presumably she could have first washed the orange
with soap and been okay.
