Does anyone out there know what moisture adjustments to make when converting
bread machine recipes to old fashioned manual bread making.
I don't have a bread machine - and am trying to have a nice light, moist
loaf. BY HAND!!!!!!
Anyone have a good recipe or 2 for a nice loaf???!!!
