A long time ago someone asked for the number for the Gluten-free
Pantry and I have finally dug it out: 203-633-3826.

Their mixes are very good and mostly easy, except for the bagel
mix, which is complicated. (My birthday was 1/1 and my husband
still owes me my birthday bagels!) The downside is that they're
expensive, although they now have a "buy 5 get one free" policy
which helps a little, and I think some bulk discounts.
