I am writting to let ya'll know about a super great book I have found. It is
called " Against the Grain" the slightly essentric guide to living well
without gluten or wheat by Jax Peters Lowell. Some of you may have heard of
it. I find my self refering to it often as it gives me encouragement and is
humorous. It is a very valuable resource because it has many tips on dining
out, travel(overseas and stateside),support groups(local, national,and
international)  and also coping at large gathering. (It costs $22.50)
