Last night I made a lasagna with Pastariso (rice pasta) and had diarrhea this
morning. Other ingredients were mozzarella, RAGU and sausage. All the labels
checked out except for natural flavor.

I have had reactions all 3 times I have eaten sausage since being diagnosed.
One was the breakfast type, one was Turkey and one was sweet Italian. al
three times the ingredients seemed ok, except for natural flavor. I know this
can mean anything, but has never caused a reaction before. Is there something
in particular about sausage?

If the culprit is indeed natural flavor, is there gluten in natural flavor in
some food items more than others? Is there any rhyme or reason to it?

With already having to give up 50% of the foods in the supermarket, I hate to
give up everthing that says natural flavor. That would probably be another
40%.

Any feedback welcome.
