Has anyone considered making bread/hosts of their own and having the presiding
minister/priest bless them for you for communion?
A local minister has agreed to do it for myself and the other celiacs in
the congregation.
Of course it depends on the clergy you have to deal with. But I have
always found it hard to (excuse the pun) swallow that God wouldn't let
someone participate in such a central rite of faith because of being a
celiac.
Even allowing for the platypus, I cannot believe that God would play such
a cruel joke.
Does anyone know what the hosts are made of in China or the Asian
islands?
