I'm the one who started the vitamin E thread when I took a vitamin E
tablet and had a rather bad reaction. I came to find out that this
particular brand of vitamin E was probably in wheat germ oil,
although the label did not list any ingredients other than d-alpha
tocopheryl acetate.

While celiacs may suffer from reduced absorption of vitamins through
their intestinal wall, I had added vitamin E to my diet because my
husband and I are trying to become pregnant, and the multivitamin
I am taking does not contain E.
