First of all, thanks to the thoughtful person who decided to post this
important article, written by an expert in the field.
 
To be absolutely honest, I did have some difficulty in following the thread of
the argument, and should, therefore, appreciate more enlightenment on the
difference between being gluten "sensitive" and gluten "intolerant", as these
are clearly important distinctions.
 
And just a comment: the business about brain calcification is new to me;
scary, isn't it?
