I have been searching for two years for a cereal I could eat on the GF diet.
I used to eat cream of rice, but found that the cross contamination from
other products )like cream of wheat, made by the same company) was too much
and I was getting a reaction from it.
Sue Goldstein, the president of our Westchester Celiac Support Group, put me
onto the brown rice cereal from Ener-G foods. It is great. I now have it
every morning wirth a little sugar and milk ( and Dairy Ease tablets).
Finally I can have a normal beginning to my breakfast. The cereal comes in
little "sacks" about eight servings..and you can buy it by the case or
individually. (Ener-G foods 1 800- 331-5222).
