I purchased a Toastmaster bread machine and love it.  But Red Star yeast
Co. has come out with a machine that may be even better.You can call them
at 1-800-423-5422 and they will answer any questions about gf bread
making.  Also they will send you bread recipes.  Stay withe the simple
recipes, I find using rice, tapioca, and potato flour together works
better than all rice flour. I get my flour from Energee Foods Phone no.
is 1-800-331-5222. Get the fine white rice flour.  Xanthan can be
obtained at most health foood stores.  Use Red Star yeast, it is gf.
 
I would be interested to know if you notice any trends of cd running in
families.
