Well Mary, I dont know what to say.  I have been eating White Wave
Lemon-Kiwi daily for over a year.  While it doesn't seem to bother me (no
nausea, races to the restroom), I hope it is not going to be a problem. I
wonder how much gluten is in the product once the enzyme's have done their
job?  Is it measurable or on the order of parts per million?  I placed a
call to Jeanne at White Wave to ask about this.
