I would be interested to know if anyone out there can share some information
with me on how CHINESE food and CELIACs live together !

I am moving to Hong Kong and due to the very low incidence of celiac
disease in Asia, I feel I will have problems in understanding what I can
and cannot eat in restaurants and with chinese families.
(No soya sauce, no MSG, anything else ?)
No soya sauce, no msg, anything else ??

Another issue - besides normal vaccines, any other precautions I should
take ??

I am sure this is not of general interest so I would appreciate mail to my
ID.

Hoping for lots of advice .. Margaret Doyle in Germany
