Speaking of GF Bread that tastes great... The Celiac Support Group at
Childrens Hospital in Boston has a member that was a Chef for many years and
has now started a Gluten Free (and Lactose Free) Bakery.  The Rolls are
FANTASTIC and everyone would elbow there way to getting some at the meeting
and they would quickly be gone.
 
Bob Otolo is now offering these rolls and other Gluten free products on a
large scale and they can be shipped anywhere in the world (He mostly uses UPS
two day service) and they arrive fresh.  They work well after frozen.  Bob
has experimented with the recipe and now has it perfected!  The whole group
agrees they are the best GF Bread Products we have ever tasted.  Try some and
I am sure you will agree.  They have made our lives much easier too!
