An interesting yet irrelevant piece of information.
 
When you fly Aer Lingus you will be supplied with the customary packet
with a plastic knife, fork and spoon etc. These are packaged by a young
man with autism. The task might be considered tedious and repetitive by
some. Although he is not very quick, the professional pride he takes in
arranging the cutlery and packaging it perfectly is a real delight.
 
I know it is nothing to do with gluten free diets but all the other
airlines have had a plug.
