: Regarding the San J Tamari.........................
:
: I went into the health food store 2 weeks ago to purchase some soy sauce and
: it appears they have changed their formula. The bottles on the shelf were
: all brewed with WHEAT.
:
: Be sure to read the label before purchasing......................

I would certainly agree one should always read the label
to see if they changed anything, but in this case are you sure
you picked up a bottle of San-J tamari soy sauce? Their shoyu
soy sauce is in a similar bottle. I just bought another bottle
of their tamari sauce last weekend and the ingredients list was
the same (and it didn't make me ill).

I sure hope they haven't changed anything - it's my favorite!

                   Best regards,
