Hi all!
I make fishsticks by rinsing strips of flounder fillets (any kind of boneless
fish will do) in water, and dipping them in a mixture of cornmeal or corn
flour, garlic powder, and chopped parsley. Then I deepfry them in canola
oil, although I suppose they could be panfried. They are really delicious.
Make a lot - they go fast.
