    Don Wiss asked what the culprit ingredient in Dreyer's French Silk
is---the NATURAL FLAVOR is a malted mousse base according to Dreyers but is
in very minute quantities.  It was reassuring to know that flavors with
"minute amounts" (was not defined) of gluten were left off their gluten-free
list.
    Sorry I didn't include this info in my original posting.
