Carol,  regarding the soy sauce, I buy Bragg which we get here at the
local health food store.  I use it as bullion also as have not yet found
a gf bullion?  Does anyone know of a gf bullion?  I love coming on this
internet, I have learned so much and hopefully can help other people.  It
is pouring up here in Maine, but in Ontario, Canada they have 6" of the
white stuff so guess we better not complain!!  Janet
