I've been eating Mission Corn Tortillas... the ingredients are as follows:
Ground corn treated with lime; water; sodium proprionate; cellulose gum;
monocalcium phosphate; potassium sorbate and fumaric acid.
no mention of any oat flour. I bought these two weeks ago at a local
Pathmark, and will keep an eye out for ingredient changes in the future.
If this brand has a problem I don't know about, please let me know. (I
did NOT call the manufacturer to verify their processes).
