Dear Sharon,
I too felt overwhelmed, lonesome and isolated when I was first
dealing with CD. Recognizing those feelings was the first step to healing
them. I then learned some coping strategies that helped me a lot. I won't
list them, because I recently found them all mentioned in the excellent
book, "Against The Grain", by Jax Peters Lowell. She also deals well with
the emotional side of the condition. I highly reccommend this book.
