I don't know if this will help our celiac friends outside of Canada but I
found two brands of vitamins and calcium that are free of gluten,
lactose, yeast, wheat, corn, and milk. One is called Nature Plus and the
other is made by Jamieson. I got both at Zellers. BTW, the pharmacist
told me that many GF prescription products contain lactose for those like
myself who are avoiding dairy for this reason. Hope this is helpful for
some as I'm not sure how far across Canada Zellers goes but Nature Plus is
made in Montreal and Jamieson is made or al least sold in Vancouver,
Toronto, and Montreal.
