I feel for any Celiac male who might be thwarted by a Papal decree
from Ordination. I feel equally sad that a decree from the USA FDA has
thwarted both men and women in the USA, who are Celiacs, from having
access to proper labelling. Is Celiac disease recognized as a medical
condition in the USA, or is it considered to be just a minor
inconvenience to a few?
 
Are we too passive? Just wondering. I think Jackie Onassis and Audrey
Hepburn were undiagnosed Celiacs who died of lymphomas. I guess they were
celebrities. Must we become celebrities to have our cause sanctioned?
I'll stop here for now. I have Celiac Disease and Dermatitis
Herpetiformis. I can ingest Aspartame, which has a warning label on it
for a medical condition affecting others.AMS
