I don't know why Rex Sunderland wonders if Worchester Sauce made in France
is GF. Alcool in France as well as in Italy and all mediterranean countries
is got from distilling fruits and grapes which areby far the chepest things
to get alcool from in these countries. It's only in Northern Europe as well
as in USA, where there is a surplus of wheat, rye etc. (and shortage of
fruits as well) that alcool is extracted from cereals. Vinegar is "not"
distilled from alcool but it's "got" from it by means of the action of a
microorganism (Mycoderma aceti): therefore if alcool from which vinegar
is produced is GF also vinegar is GF etc. etc. etc.
