Because of the barley extract in the caramel coloring, I stopped giving the
caramel rice cakes to my son.  When I called the 800# last November, I was
told that the MINI apple cinnamon rice cakes were gluten free.(NOT the larger
cakes.)  I asked about all of thier rice cakes.  In addition, the plain, the
plain with salt, the popcorn, and the white cheddar were all gluten-free.
