Not An Expert...  I have been celiac stricken for going on 40+ years.  Taco
Bell has been one of the places on my list as acceptable.  Of course there
are Gluten Products available there.  I prefer to stay with the Taco Salads
and the plain corn taco's.

My biggest concern is the monosodium glutimate that is added to so many food
processes.
