Mugwort is an herb; it is also called Moxa when used in traditional Chinese
medicine. Mugworth pasta or noodles that I have seen has always been
your basic wheat-flour udon with mugwort as a seasoning. If the label
doesn't say otherwise (or there is no label on the bulk bin, or the label
is in Kanji ;@), stay away from it.
